These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of swymmedia.com and the services of SWYM Media LLC, including its SWYM LED division ("SWYM Media," "SWYM LED," "we," "us"). By using our website, submitting a form or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
SWYM Media provides video production, and through SWYM LED, consultation, sales, delivery and installation of LED video walls and displays. Quotes, specifications and timelines we provide are estimates until confirmed in a signed proposal or invoice. That signed document governs pricing, payment, delivery and warranty for your project.
SMS messaging terms
Program name: SWYM LED Customer Messages
Program description: When you opt in on our quote request form, by booking an appointment, or by texting us first, SWYM LED will send you text messages about your quote request, appointment confirmations and reminders, quote follow-ups, project and installation updates, and requests for a review after installation. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send occasional offers, product updates and project showcases.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation, and no further messages unless you opt in again. You can also reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Website use
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or submit false information. Content on our site, including text, images, videos, logos and buyer's guides, belongs to SWYM Media and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Appointments
You can reschedule or cancel appointments using the link in your confirmation or by contacting us. For site surveys, you are responsible for giving us safe access to the install area.
Disclaimers
Our website and general information are provided "as is." Product information, pricing guides and examples are for general guidance and may change. Warranties for equipment and installation are only those stated in your signed proposal or the manufacturer's warranty.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWYM Media is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our website or messages. Our total liability for any claim related to the website or messages is limited to $100.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
